Just for now, try to adopt a more positive outlook or change the way you have been thinking. When you shift your thoughts to something more positive, usually the external shift follows. Remember, thinking positive or negative is a choice- which will you choose?

I understand that I must shift my thinking in order to shift the results. For now, I will shift my thoughts into something positive to see where it will take me. Your physical body is a reflection of your internal world. If you are feeling tired, run down and lethargic it is time to shift your habits into something that will support your physical body. Just for today, adopt a clean and healthy diet and see how it will boost your mood and your energy levels. I know that when I love my body and look after it, it will look after me.
Look around, you have so much to be grateful for. Today, make the time to give thanks to the world around you. Give thanks to the Sun, your family, your home and more.

How to Change Your Life in Just One Day - Forever Conscious
Learning to love and enjoy YOU is the most important tool in changing your life. At the end of the day, all you have is you, so learning how to love yourself , support yourself and be your best friend is paramount. Today, make a conscious effort to love yourself. No matter what is going on in your life, or how you feel about some of the decisions you have made, take a moment to just forgive and love yourself as you are.
I accept all my flaws and send a healing warm glow of love to my body, both inside and out. Most of us do a great job of documenting extraordinary outings, celebrations, and milestones, forgetting that in many ways, our most cherished memories are derived from everyday moments. It can be difficult to step back and appreciate the beauty of the life as we experience or observe it day in and day out, but the fact is that our daily activities do change — sometimes incrementally and imperceptibly.
Your Day in the Life project is a great excuse to capture the rituals and routines that are so easy to take for granted but are gone before we know it. This is fine! You might find it worthwhile and refreshing to have your DSLR with you to shoot in some of your favorite but previously undocumented locales, but the most important thing is truly that you take a camera and use it! Stuck in the house? Just shooting one subject all day?

Allow the images of your Day in the Life project to speak collectively, to build on one another, to relay context and details about your life that would be impossible to convey with a single image. Share with them your love of photography over the course of the day, let them chimp with you after the shots throughout the day, and perhaps even ask them to help you cull as you select your favorites from among the many images captured together.
